Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is this a scam?
No, this is not a scam. While it may sound too good to be true, this is actually very real. There are billions of dollars in unclaimed funds held by government agencies across the nation.
How did you find this money?
We audit different government agencies on a regular basis for unclaimed funds due to citizens like yourself.
How did you find me?
Our organization does a great deal of research to locate our clients.
Where is the money being held and how much is it?
Please call us and one of our representatives would be more than happy to explain the nature of your claim. Once you have signed our contingency fee agreement, we’ll be happy to disclose the pertinent details.
What happens if I don’t claim the funds?
If the funds go unclaimed for too long, the government agency holding it gets to keep it. This process is referred to as “escheatment” and we definitely don’t want that to happen.
Can’t I find the money on my own?
The government agencies we audit use little to no effort in publicizing unclaimed funds online. You are welcome to search state unclaimed funds websites but you won’t find the claim you were contacted about on these sites.
Why Should I use your organization?
These agencies can be rather difficult to work with and they can be generally slow in responsiveness and paying your claim. They also have specific protocols in place for proving your entitlement to the claim and submitting your request. If you don’t follow their requirements, and in a timely manner, they stand to keep your money. Our organization is equipped with the expertise in navigating the multitude of hoops and agencies holding the money and how to get the funds properly claimed.
Is my information kept private?
Our organization will NOT disclose your information and it is kept strictly confidential. We NEVER ask for any personal financial information and we do not sell nor disclose your information to anyone outside of this organization.
